At Raiz De, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below.
Returns Eligibility:
- To qualify for a refund, all products must be brand new, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Opened or used products will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Restocking Fee:
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at nir@raizde.com with your order details.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund minus the restocking fee.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
